Return Policy
At Kansya, we take great pride in our craftsmanship and strive to deliver pieces youโll cherish. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we accept return or exchange requests within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused and unworn, in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging and tags intact. Proof of purchase is required, and we ask that you share an unboxing video with us when reporting any issues. To start the return process, please email us at kansyajewelry@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we will share the return address and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
We request that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the product is damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was sent, please reach out to us immediately at kansyajewelry@gmail.com with an unboxing video and details of the issue. We will review the situation promptly and ensure that a suitable solution is offered.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns. These include customized or personalized items, sale pieces, and gift cards. We also do not accept returns on perishable goods, personal care items, or products classified as hazardous or flammable. If youโre unsure whether your item falls under these categories, please feel free to contact us prior to placing your order.
Exchanges
If youโve received an item that is incorrect or damaged, we are happy to provide a replacement after verifying your claim. For all other cases, we suggest placing a new order once your return has been processed and accepted.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youโll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account. If you havenโt received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at kansyajewelry@gmail.com.
