Domestic Shipping Policy (India)

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days for ready-to-ship items. For customized jewelry, the processing time is approximately 10 to 15 business days, as these pieces require additional time, care, and craftsmanship. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive an update via email or WhatsApp with shipping details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free shipping on all orders above โ‚น1500. For orders below โ‚น1500, a flat shipping fee of โ‚น50 will be added at checkout. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location and courier service. Delivery times may vary during festive periods, sales, or due to external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Partners

We ship using India Post and Shiprocket, which helps us connect with trusted logistics partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, DTDC, and others. The courier service is selected based on your delivery address and service availability to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email or WhatsApp. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for orders under โ‚น5000 and only for eligible pin codes. If COD is available in your area, you can select this option at checkout. A small additional fee of โ‚น50 will apply for COD orders.

International Shipping

Customs & Duties

For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and other charges (if any) are not included in the product or shipping costs. Delays or Delivery Issues

We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders. However, delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier service disruptions. If your package is marked as โ€œdeliveredโ€ but has not been received, please contact us within 48 hours at kansyajewelry@gmail.com so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Kansya Jewelry is not liable for any packages that are lost or damaged once handed over to the shipping carrier. However, weโ€™ll do our best to support youโ€”please retain all packaging materials and get in touch with the courier to file a claim. We will assist from our side as needed.
